Things are continuing to move along as we prepare to demolish the cottage and move the utilities. Part of our plan included having a discussion with the neighbors, to let them know what will be happening. In doing so, we discovered that our next door neighbor’s sewer line runs across our property to the cottage and alley. So yesterday we had someone come out and run a sensor through it and mark the location. It will make the cottage demolition a little more interesting, but now that we know it is there we can deal with it.

With the cottage demolition looming, we will need to clear out the cottage soon. We will schedule a new “freecycle” day on Oct 21, and put anything left over on the curb for large item pick up on Oct 22.
