Life is change, and those individuals or institutions who not only survive, but thrive, in the face of change are those who are adept at navigating transitions.  Beacon is entering into a period of transition – in search of a new settled minister.  How we work together in this process will greatly impact the outcome.  The Search Committee needs to have as much input as possible from Beacon members and friends in order to find the best match for our beloved community.  Please come and share with us your vision for the future of Beacon and the role you want our new minister to play in that vision.  We’ll give you an overview of the search process, where we are now, and what lies ahead.
