CHRISTMAS EVE SERVICE: “Every Child is a Child of Hope”

ALL ARE WELCOME! You BELONG at Beacon – Spiritually open and intentionally inclusive since 1958.

Come and celebrate Christmas Eve, the beginning of the Christmas Season, with us. A half hour of community caroling (starting at 5:30 pm) and then our Christmas Eve service (at 6 pm). This year’s service is in the format of carols and lessons — songs by the congregation and choir, and readings from poets, writers, and scriptures. Come and be inspired by an old story, consider in old and new ways. Led by Rev. Patrick McLaughlin with Worship Associate Mark James and music under the direction of Simon Cunningham with accompanist Pete Garcia. SPECIAL MUSIC will be performed by the Beacon Choir and by Lily Clark.

Following the service, there will be a COOKIE EXCHANGE: Please bring two dozen of these treats with a short note about the ingredients.
