Leadership Succession Planning Team

This group is elected by the membership at large, and its responsibilities include identifying potential leaders in the congregation, and preparing the list of nominees for open elected Board positions, as well as open elected positions on the Leadership Succession Team for the coming fiscal year. The committee also may be requested by the Board to present nominees for a Ministerial Search Committee. In addition, the committee plays a role in leadership development training within the congregation. The committee meets as needed to fulfill these tasks.
