“Flower Ceremony”

ALL ARE WELCOME! You BELONG at Beacon – Spiritually open and intentionally inclusive since 1958.

The most widely celebrated distinctly Unitarian Universalist ritual — of Czech origins — is the annual flower ceremony (sometimes erroneously called a “flower communion’).  It is celebrated on different dates by different congregations. Come — bring a flower, learn, and participate in this beautiful service. With Rev. Patrick McLaughlin preaching, Worship Associate Amanda McBroom, and music under the direction of Michael Minear with accompaniment by Eli Diemert.
