ALL ARE WELCOME! You BELONG at Beacon – Spiritually open and intentionally inclusive since 1958.
Beacon Unitarian Universalist Congregation will be holding two Christmas Eve services this year — at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., with a half hour of community caroling before the second service. (Just come and sing familiar carols and have fun!) The 4 p.m. service will be shorter (over in an hour) and lighter, for families with younger kids who want to get home early — or anyone who just doesn’t want to be out late. The 6 p.m. service will be slightly longer, with some special music.
Come and share the magic and wonder of Christmas Eve with us. Music and poetry, scripture and modern readings will be blended to offer something both modern and traditional. As is our custom, we will close each service with “Silent Night” by candlelight. All are welcome! With Rev. Patrick McLaughlin preaching and music by the Beacon Choir under the direction of Michael Minear with accompaniment by Pete Garcia.
Only the 6 p.m. service will be available via Zoom. To watch this live service remotely, please use this link. You’ll first need to download the Zoom app if you don’t already have it on your computer or smart phone.
