ALL ARE WELCOME! You BELONG at Beacon – Spiritually open and intentionally inclusive since 1958.
Compassion is not simply a feeling; it is a practice, a discipline, and, at times, a radical act. In a world conditioned toward separation and speed, how do we slow down, soften our hearts, and choose to see one another fully? This Sunday we reflect on compassion as a spiritual muscle – one that requires tending, intention, and courage. Together, we deepen our capacity to hold ourselves and each other with tenderness and truth. With Rev. Anthony Johnson (from Sedona UU) preaching, Worship Associate Skip Brimlow, and with music under the direction of Michael Minear with accompaniment by Pete Garcia.
